Rubber Mixer for Industrial Rubber Goods
Rubber mixers for industrial rubber goods, types MR-E and NM Kneader so called Neo Meler are also the products of MHI in addition to the internal mixers for tire industries. Both types employ MR-E rotors with unique configuration by combination of conventional tangential rotor and intermeshing one.

Bias Cutter
MHI offers bias cutting machines both for textile cords fabric and steel cords one with various cutting angle from 15 to 90 degrees.Steel cords bias cutters cut up to 5 mm diameter steel cords for construction vehicles.

Tire Building Machine
Every kind of tire building machine is available in full size range from passenger car size to giant tyres for mining trucks. The latest design of single stage machines (4 drums, 3 drums and 2 drums) and combined two stages, and independent two stages machines of conventional models are all lined up in our supply program.

Tire Curing Press
For years MHI has been supplying a variety of tire curing equipment of the latest designs for every size and every need such as hydraulic curing presses both of frame type and column type, transfer mold curing system, squeeze-less curing system, electrically driven curing press, ecology friendly curing system and many of the other models. MHI proposes both types of machine, automatic curing press and autoclave (pot heater) for producing earth mover tires.

Tire Inspection Machine
Completed tires are inspected for balancing and uniformity. Both kinds of inspection machine, uniformity machine and dynamic balancing machine are lined up for passenger car tires and truck & bus tires.
