Go to 'Page' menu, and from 'Text Size' submenu, select the size you want to use. (Image: Version 8.0)

Go to 'View' menu, and from 'Text Size' submenu, select the size you want to use.
FireFox 3.0
Go to the 'View' menu, and from the 'Zoom' submenu, insert a check for 'Zoom Text Only' and select 'Zoom In' or 'Zoom Out.'

Safari 4.0
Go to the 'View' menu, and insert a check for 'Zoom Text Only' and select 'Zoom In' or 'Zoom Out.'

Go to 'View' menu, and select 'Make Text Bigger' or 'Make Text Smaller.'
